RETURNS POLICY
We at C&A Outdoors pride ourselves on high quality products and service. We thoroughly check all items prior to them being dispatched.
Our returns policy lasts 21 days from the purchase date. If your purchase is past this date, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
All items that are being returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from us. It also must be in original packaging and labels intact. We also require a receipt to accompany the returned items.
Sale Items and Gift Vouchers are non-returnable items.
We are understanding that you may have purchased an item as a gift. We are happy to look at providing a gift credit for the value of your return. Conditions will apply.
Returns do not apply if you:
- got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
- misused a product in any way that caused the problem.
- knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.
- asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
We do not cover postage if you have ordered the incorrect size. Please return items back with a return paid bag inside to resend the correct size back to you.

REPAIR POLICY
If you have a minor problem with one of OUR products or service, we will look at offering you a free repair.
We will not offer repairs or replacements for any items that you have purchased off a third party. This includes other retails or online stores within or outside of Australia. Dealers that have purchased the product through C&A Outdoors will be excluded from this.
If you have a major problem with a product, we will look at a replacement or refund if a repair is not possible.
